Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development cycle of AI solutions.

• Establish model architectures and data pipelines.

• Seamlessly integrate AI with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

• Guide and mentor the team while reviewing code and models.

• Engage in product and technical roadmap discussions.

• Create Full Stack applications utilizing React and JavaScript on the front end and Python on the back end.

• Embed LLMs and Generative AI functionalities into the products developed.

• Design conversational solutions that can interpret context, grasp user requirements, and steer the conversation.

• Construct and integrate AI agents that function sequentially and collaboratively.

• Contribute to solution planning, from comprehending business needs to defining technical strategies and execution.

• Develop integrations among applications, APIs, language models, and enterprise systems.

• Actively engage in the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and MLflow.

• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP.

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.

• Strong analytical abilities paired with business insight.

• Background in Full Stack development.

• Proficient knowledge of React and JavaScript for front-end development.

• Experience in Python for back-end development.

• Understanding of APIs and system integration.

• Practical experience in incorporating LLMs into applications and products.

• Knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.

• Capability to comprehend business requirements, support solution planning, and lead technical implementation.

• Autonomy, initiative, and a mindset aligned with a senior-level role.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a technical reference for projects.
