• Proficient in Malayalam at a native level

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English

• Prior experience in Healthcare, Medical Benefits, Medical, Insurances, or related fields

• Keen attention to detail, spelling, and grammar

• Capability to uphold professionalism in all circumstances, particularly under tight deadlines

• Must reside in the United States

• Required to provide evidence of translation experience

• Must agree to a confidentiality agreement
