Mandatory Internship – Women’s Football, Internationalisation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing development of SV Werder Bremen’s global strategy.

• Help with the planning, execution, and assessment of projects and events linked to internationalisation and/or women’s football.

• Support research, analysis, and the formulation of concepts for Werder Bremen’s international presence.

• Aid in the establishment of new markets and partnerships.

• Contribute to organizational and operational efforts in women’s football.

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, along with the creation of presentations and reports.

• Help coordinate business travel arrangements.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Sports Management, or International Management.

• Keen interest in intercultural exchange and the creation of new business models.

• Strong passion for women’s football.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used Adobe software.

• High commitment level, strong dedication, and teamwork abilities.

• Willing to work independently and assume responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

• Additional language skills are a plus.

• Mandatory internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
