Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uzbekistan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to specific rubrics to ensure consistent ratings across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect issues in individual slides within the broader design, ranging from minor elements like font size to significant problems that necessitate complete redesign.

• Revise flawed slides using other slides in the design as a reference to ensure cohesion throughout the entire project.

• Assess and edit provided samples; original design creation is not required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or arts (degree or certificate).

• Over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, social media marketing specialist, or in a marketing role.

• Proficient in English at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design efficacy.

• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.

• A portfolio is necessary for application.

• Registration on the platform is required.

• Identity confirmation is mandatory.

• Skills validation is needed.

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other contemporary design tools (preferable).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training is a plus (preferable).
