Digital Designer – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop on-brand social media materials for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms for both Human Agency and client accounts.

• Implement minor web design and page updates utilizing tools like Webflow, Squarespace, or similar.

• Refine rough content into polished, presentation-ready slide decks.

• Operate within established brand frameworks and adapt them accurately.

• Make and document brand decisions in instances where guidelines are absent.

• Organize files and prepare assets for export and handoff.

• Design digital and print graphics for social media, advertising, and internal projects.

• Edit short-form video content suitable for social media and paid advertisements.

• Resize, format, and modify creative assets for various platforms and placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional experience in digital design, specifically in motion and graphic design, supported by a portfolio.

• Proficient in using Figma.

• Comfortable utilizing Canva and CapCut for templated social media work.

• Familiarity with at least one website platform such as Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress.

• Experience with Shopify is an advantage.

• Proven experience in designing effective social media graphics.

• Strong skills in deck design.

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Regularly integrates AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar into the design workflow.

• Capable of managing time effectively, interpreting briefs, and delivering polished files independently.

• Open to feedback and quick to improve.

• Ability to switch contexts between different client brands while preserving brand integrity.

• Transparent communication regarding capacity and deadlines.

• Commitment to the quality of work delivered.

• Must provide personal equipment and handle individual tax responsibilities.
