Digital Designer – Contractor

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing, on-brand social media assets for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Human Agency, and various client accounts.

• Implement minor web design tasks and page modifications utilizing platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, or similar tools.

• Refine rough content into polished, presentation-ready slides.

• Design digital and print graphics for social media, advertising campaigns, and internal initiatives.

• Edit short-form video content tailored for social media and paid advertising purposes.

• Resize, format, and modify creative assets to suit different platforms and placements.

• Operate within established brand guidelines while ensuring faithful adaptations.

• Make informed brand choices and document them when guidelines are absent.

• Organize files and prepare exportable assets for transfer.

• Collaborate across diverse client brands and contexts while upholding consistent quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional experience in digital design, specifically in motion and graphic design.

• A portfolio showcasing professional digital design work.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Comfort in using Canva and CapCut for templated social media projects.

• Familiarity with at least one web platform, such as Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress.

• Proven experience creating effective social media graphics.

• Strong skills in deck design.

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Active use of AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar technologies in a practical design workflow.

• Capability to manage your own time, interpret briefs, and deliver tidy files independently.

• Experience with Shopify is a bonus.

• Openness to feedback and a commitment to rapid improvement.

• Ability to switch contexts between different client brands while preserving brand integrity.

• Clear communication regarding workload and deadlines.
