Associate Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement the Zwift Design language in visual projects across web, social media, applications, and physical formats.

• Develop visual identities for Marketing, Content, and Product projects.

• Partner with UX/UI Designers to enhance Brand design on digital platforms.

• Contribute to the development of the Zwift Brand Guidelines and Design System.

• Work alongside Copywriters to produce unified designs that reflect the Zwift Brand Voice.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and UI teams to refine content designs and deliver assets according to specifications.

• Generate promotional app visuals, including in-game photography using proprietary capture techniques.

• Manage projects from initial concept through to final execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience within a Design or Brand team.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Capable of thriving in an iterative and collaborative design atmosphere.

• Ability to handle nuanced and challenging feedback while providing proactive solutions.

• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and layout systems.

• Knowledge of current industry best practices.

• Familiarity with design standards for email, applications, and customer relationship management (CRM).

• Must disclose and reference any AI tools utilized during the interview process.

• A passion for fitness, gaming, or sports is advantageous.

• Experience working with remote, distributed teams is a plus.

• Familiarity with Design Systems, including Components, Tokens, and Variables, is a plus.

• Experience in print design, as well as with colors, materials, and finishes in industrial contexts, is a plus.
