Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to detailed rubrics to ensure consistency in ratings across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect issues within individual slides in the overall design, addressing everything from minor font size discrepancies to major flaws necessitating a complete redesign.

• Revise problematic slides by referencing other designs to ensure cohesion throughout the entire project.

• Submit an application with a portfolio, register on the platform, verify your identity, validate your skills, and begin earning through various projects.

• Rate and edit provided samples instead of generating original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or certificate in design or the arts.

• Over 2 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, social media marketing, or a related marketing role.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above.

• A strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain concentration on repetitive tasks.

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other contemporary design tools (preferred).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training (preferred).
