Creative Graphic Designer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Grasp the business landscape and organizational needs.

• Investigate products and collaborate with the marketing team on strategic plans.

• Partner with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and formulate strategies.

• Visualize concepts for digital media campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and websites.

• Analyze requirements and designs, produce drafts, showcase ideas, integrate feedback, and finalize outputs.

• Design infographics, videos, illustrations, logos, and other graphic formats.

• Engage periodically with designers, artists, and stakeholders.

• Present marketing initiatives to management and stakeholders.

• Utilize theoretical knowledge in daily tasks.

• Assist business leaders and stakeholders in achieving organizational objectives.

• Attend weekly meetings with various teams.

• Complete bite-sized projects weekly for peer and supervisor evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Any graduate with an interest in Graphic Designing and Creative Editing.

• Strong conceptual understanding in the relevant field.

• Capability to transform ideas into artistic designs.

• Proficiency with design software such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, CorelDRAW, and others.

• Acute attention to aesthetics and detail.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and adhere to established systems and processes.

• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Leadership experience in tech fests or managing institute clubs is a plus.

• Must possess a computer, smartphone, stable internet connection, and noise-canceling headphones.
