Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution quality, color usage, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to comprehensive rubrics to ensure uniform ratings across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect issues within individual slides, ranging from minor font-size discrepancies to significant reconstruction requirements.

• Revise flawed slides by referencing other slides to ensure consistency throughout the design.

• Assess and modify provided samples instead of producing original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or arts (degree or certificate required).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, social media marketing specialist, or in a marketing role.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

• A solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Outstanding attention to detail with the capability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.

• A portfolio is required for application submission.

• Identity verification and skills assessment are necessary.

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other contemporary design tools is a plus.

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training is advantageous.
