Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to comprehensive rubrics to ensure consistent evaluations across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect issues within individual slides, ranging from minor details to those necessitating complete redesign.

• Revise flawed slides by referencing other examples to enhance cohesion.

• Highlight edge cases and ambiguous examples.

• Assess and refine provided samples instead of producing original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or arts (degree or certificate preferred).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, SMM specialist, or marketing professional.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to accept feedback and make adjustments.

• Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance (a plus).

• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other contemporary design tools (a plus).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training (a plus).
