Freelance Graphic Designer – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Evaluate design samples based on typography, visual hierarchy, execution quality, color, layout, and overall refinement.

• Adhere to detailed rubrics to ensure consistent evaluations across a large volume of design samples.

• Detect issues in individual slides, ranging from minor font-size discrepancies to significant reconstruction requirements.

• Revise flawed slides by referencing other slides to enhance cohesion.

• Identify edge cases and ambiguous examples.

• Assess and revise provided samples instead of creating original designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in design or arts (degree or certificate).

• Over 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, social media marketing specialist, or in a marketing role.

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design efficacy.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to remain focused during repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to accept feedback and make necessary adjustments.

• Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance (preferred).

• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other contemporary design tools (preferred).

• Previous experience in data annotation or AI training (preferred).
