Freelance Grant Writer, Fundraising Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify pertinent grant opportunities from foundations, corporate CSR initiatives, public funding agencies, and international donors.

• Create funding proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest, and grant applications.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of funding opportunities that align with the organization's mission and projects.

• Convert project concepts into narratives, budgets, logical frameworks, and quantifiable impact indicators.

• Assist in outreach, partnership development, and communication with potential funders.

• Organize submission requirements, deadlines, supporting documentation, and follow-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in grant writing, institutional fundraising, or proposal development, preferably with a history of successful applications.

• Knowledge of European and international funding landscapes, which includes foundations, corporate philanthropy, EU funding, and development cooperation.

• Exceptional proficiency in written English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.

• Relevant experience in education, employment, digital inclusion, migration, or international development is particularly beneficial.

• Capacity to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and transform early-stage ideas into fundable projects.
