This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and generate high-quality communications for alumni in alignment with each client's style guide, preferences, and objectives.

• Compose interview questions, conduct interviews, and craft compelling feature articles that showcase alumni from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Incorporate client-specific goals and messaging to define the content for each publication.

• Maintain ongoing communication with account managers and editorial staff to ensure that project strategies, objectives, and messaging align with client requirements.

• Prioritize daily tasks and handle multiple simultaneous assignments to meet set deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Utilize approved AI tools for research, interview preparation, content creation, and workflow optimization, ensuring that the final output adheres to editorial and client standards.

• Collaborate with Alumni Communication Consultants, Editors, and Designers to deliver high-quality results.

• Excellent writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling abilities.

• Background in professional writing, journalism, communications, marketing, or content production.

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to tailor writing to various client voices, style guides, and specifications.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and confidence in conducting interviews via phone, video, and email.

• Willingness and capability to effectively use AI tools to enhance efficiency, support content creation, and streamline workflows while upholding accuracy, quality, and client-specific standards.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States for the entirety of employment without necessitating current or future employer sponsorship of any kind, including but not limited to OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, or any other visa classification.
