This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee and monitor the production of advertising content across various brands.
• Transform creative briefs into comprehensive, actionable production strategies.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, UGC creators, video editors, and internal teams.
• Consolidate information, deliverables, and feedback throughout each phase of the project.
• Proactively identify obstacles, follow up with contributors, and ensure timelines are adhered to.
• Maintain consistent visibility into project advancements and upcoming tasks.
• Ensure that content aligns with the brief, brand standards, and marketing goals.
• Confirm the completeness of raw footage and deliverables before beginning post-production.
• Delegate projects to editors and monitor their progress.
• Organize files, versions, and naming conventions systematically.
• Manage feedback cycles through the delivery of final versions.
• Review and assess produced advertising videos.
• Analyze elements such as the hook, pacing, storytelling, subtitles, transitions, cutaways, and overall execution.
• Identify excessive length, inconsistencies, execution flaws, or moments where viewer engagement may wane.
• Ensure alignment between the script, raw footage, edit, and creative vision.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to editors.
• Prioritize modifications that significantly enhance quality and advertising effectiveness.
• Guarantee content consistency with each brand’s identity and standards.
• Implement REACH’s quality benchmarks and production methods.
• Monitor deliverable volumes, timelines, and adherence to standards.
• Identify recurring challenges and suggest tangible improvements.
• Utilize high-performing creative assets and insights from campaigns.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Creative Ops workflows and tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Ops Manager and REACH’s creative and operations teams.
• Minimum of three years of experience in creative project management, video production, or post-production.
• Extensive experience in a structured content production setting, such as an agency, studio, media company, scale-up, or a business generating a high volume of video content.
• Strong knowledge of the different phases of video production and post-production.
• Proven ability to analyze an edit and provide accurate feedback to an editor.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Self-sufficient, dependable, and highly organized, with a strong sense of priorities.
• Ability to travel to Paris occasionally, especially for shoots or team meetings.
• Experience in producing advertising content for platforms like Meta, Instagram, or TikTok is advantageous.
• Familiarity with UGC and e-commerce video content is a plus.
• Background in a creative or performance marketing agency is a plus.
• Experience working within a high-volume video production team is a plus.
• Experience at a digital media company or similar business like Jellysmack is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating a team of video editors is a plus.
• While technical proficiency in editing software is not mandatory, a solid understanding of advertising edit conventions and comfort in challenging a video and guiding an editor's work is expected.
