Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions, usually lasting between 90 to 150 minutes, predominantly online.

• Utilize session designs and written briefs provided by Programme Scientists.

• Prepare based on the written brief at least five working days prior to each session.

• Facilitate organized participant practice, which includes small-group activities, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Navigate various participant dynamics, such as engaging skeptical senior participants and managing quieter groups.

• Provide concise written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Engage in accreditation prior to the initial client session.

• Stay receptive to observation and feedback after sessions.

• May offer follow-up coaching to the same group depending on their seniority and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions targeted at professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Proficient in online delivery, including managing breakout groups and session logistics.

• At ease delivering content created by others while adhering to a specified structure.

• Adept at conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in delivering session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English.

• Comfortable interacting with senior audiences.

• Preferred: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working in multicultural settings.

• Preferred: coaching qualifications or experience in delivering one-on-one and group coaching.

• Preferred: additional language skills or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Preferred: familiarity with evidence-based learning design principles.
