Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions ranging from 90 to 150 minutes, primarily in an online format.

• Utilize session designs and written briefs created by the Programme Scientist.

• Prepare at least five working days in advance using the provided written brief for each session.

• Facilitate structured practice, which includes small-group activities, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Navigate various participant dynamics, such as sceptical senior attendees, quiet groups, and those focused on debate.

• Submit concise written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Engage in accreditation prior to the initial client session.

• Stay receptive to observation and constructive feedback after the accreditation process.

• May offer follow-up coaching to the same group based on their seniority and abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of significant experience leading live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate environment.

• Proficient online delivery skills, including managing breakout groups, ensuring cameras are on, sustaining energy levels, and overseeing session logistics.

• Capable of delivering materials not personally authored while adhering to a specified structure.

• Experienced in facilitating practice and providing direct, actionable feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in providing session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English, with comfort addressing senior audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working in multicultural settings.

• Desirable: coaching qualifications or experience in one-on-one and group coaching.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience working with international groups in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design methodologies.

• Must have eligibility to work in the country of residence without requiring sponsorship or a visa.
