Freelance Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Develop impactful visual identities for tangible brands and products within the Tendem initiative.

• Create essential brand assets, such as logos, complete visual identities, and extensive color palettes.

• Systematically arrange and present variations of key brand elements.

• Maintain brand consistency across both internal and external materials, including pitch presentations and social media packages.

• Design scalable and enduring visual systems that adhere to contemporary design standards.

• Assess design quality across various platforms, ensuring brand aesthetics are effectively represented in both digital and print formats.

• Refresh brand aesthetics while sustaining cohesive visual elements across diverse media.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred.

• A robust portfolio that emphasizes brand identity development, logo creation, and detailed brand guidelines.

• Profound knowledge of adapting core branding across both digital and print formats.

• Proficiency in creating foundational brand assets, including scalable logos, unique color schemes, and typography systems.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

• Demonstrated capability to adjust brand identity across various formats, such as social media packs, corporate presentations, and printed materials.

• Strong organizational abilities to create brand guidelines, style manuals, and well-structured asset libraries.

• A strategic and detail-oriented approach aimed at enhancing long-term brand equity.

• A firm commitment to visual consistency.

• A self-motivated work ethic with the ability to independently troubleshoot issues.

• A portfolio showcasing branding work must be included in the application.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is required.
