This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with franchise owners and leadership teams.
• Perform needs assessments to identify challenges, opportunities, and business objectives of franchisees.
• Offer customized recommendations and action plans that reinforce brand standards and validated systems.
• Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate support team.
• Guide the development of strategic business plans that promote local growth and enhance brand performance.
• Provide insights on market trends, expansion opportunities, competitive positioning, and profitability.
• Assess new revenue opportunities, including memberships, birthday party offerings, food and beverage programs, and seasonal initiatives.
• Deliver operational consulting and oversee adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct business reviews and present benchmarking data.
• Facilitate coaching, mentorship, workshops, and regional meetings.
• Supply tools and resources for implementing established strategies.
• Analyze financial statements, profit and loss reports, sales metrics, and benchmarking documents.
• Assist with budgeting, cost management, and achieving financial objectives.
• Collaborate with owners on company-wide projects and local market adaptations.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Provide advice on risk management and brand protection.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in park operations, financial competencies, and franchise system standards.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in franchise consulting, business development, or multi-unit operations.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth and enhancing franchise business performance.
• Strong financial acumen with practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability and agility in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to remain stationary for long periods while working on a computer and communicating via phone and Teams.
• Capability to move around during park visits, with or without reasonable accommodation.
