Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Influence and have a direct impact on 90–125 franchised domestic Wingstop restaurants to achieve results and fulfill business objectives.

• Act as the main point of contact for the restaurant portfolio.

• Take ownership of portfolio business performance, health, and P&L, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.

• Serve as the key liaison between Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and Brand Partners.

• Travel frequently to Brand Partner restaurants to ensure operational excellence, provide coaching, and uphold the brand across operations, facilities, marketing, training, purchasing, and development.

• Analyze business performance through data and dashboards.

• Identify opportunities and create strategic plans that drive sustained growth and profitability.

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners.

• Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, make timely decisions, and influence outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and franchise agreements throughout the region.

• Promote best practices and share insights across the region.

• Act as a champion for Wingstop culture and a brand ambassador.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to enhance financial and operational performance.

• Regular use of a computer and other technologies essential for daily role responsibilities.

• High stamina to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Ability to work extended hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Capability to manage travel efficiently while adhering to Wingstop travel policies.

• Ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple projects while maintaining urgency and quality.
