Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary field operator, overseeing execution across a range of franchised Wingstop restaurants.

• Serve as the main business partner to Brand Partners.

• Track Same Store Sales, guest experience metrics, and operational KPIs.

• Recognize performance gaps and develop structured improvement plans.

• Set up weekly performance check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Ensure follow-through on commitments and maintain accountability.

• Keep visibility on restaurant performance.

• Guarantee the implementation of brand standards regarding speed, accuracy, hospitality, and food quality.

• Strengthen compliance with franchise agreements and operational expectations.

• Promote the adoption of loyalty programs, SmartKitchen, and training platforms.

• Safeguard the brand concerning food safety, operations, and guest experience.

• Cultivate trust-based relationships with Brand Partners and leverage operational expertise to influence performance.

• Provide actionable feedback and hold partners accountable.

• Address performance or compliance issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams.

• Assist in new restaurant openings and ensure operational readiness.

• Offer field-based insights to inform enterprise decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, ideally within a franchise setting.

• Strong operational knowledge with the capability to diagnose and address performance challenges.

• Financial insight with the ability to analyze restaurant-level metrics and trends.

• Proven capacity to influence others without direct authority.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.

• Although this position is remote, the candidate must be located in Miami.
