Franchise Business Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate organized coaching calls, performance evaluations, and both quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions.

• Ensure franchise owners adhere to KPIs, commitments, operational standards, and deadlines.

• Assist new franchise owners during their onboarding process and the 120 Day Abundant Life Launch.

• Track financial and operational performance, addressing any gaps promptly.

• Develop and manage corrective action plans for franchise locations that are underperforming.

• Perform operational audits to reinforce brand standards and standard operating procedures.

• Record coaching activities, performance risks, commitments, and action plans using the SGP Dashboard.

• Raise any unresolved performance or compliance issues to the Director of Franchise Performance.

• Aid franchise owners in boosting revenue, enhancing profitability, strengthening operations, and adhering to the Special Strong system.

• Proven experience in coaching business owners, franchise owners, or senior executives.

• Strong comprehension of business operations, financial metrics, and KPIs.

• Capacity to hold owners accountable while fostering strong relationships.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

• Proficient in identifying performance gaps and developing actionable plans.

• Familiarity with dashboards, CRM systems, or performance reporting tools is essential.

• Franchise experience is preferred.
