Franchise Business Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate structured coaching calls, performance evaluations, and planning sessions on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Ensure franchise owners meet their KPIs, commitments, operational standards, and timelines.

• Assist new franchise owners during the onboarding process and the 120 Day Abundant Life Launch.

• Track financial and operational performance, swiftly addressing any discrepancies.

• Develop and oversee corrective action plans for franchise locations that are underperforming.

• Perform operational audits and uphold brand standards along with standard operating procedures.

• Record coaching activities, performance risks, commitments, and action plans utilizing the SGP Dashboard.

• Refer unresolved performance or compliance issues to the Director of Franchise Performance.

• Enhance franchise revenue and profitability.

• Boost onboarding completion rates and timely launches.

• Increase engagement among franchise owners and enhance coaching attendance.

• Implement corrective measures to improve operational compliance and performance.

• Proven experience in coaching business owners, franchise operators, or senior management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business operations, financial performance metrics, and KPIs.

• Capable of holding owners accountable while fostering strong relationships.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

• Skilled at identifying performance gaps and formulating clear action plans.

• Familiarity with dashboards, CRM systems, or performance reporting tools.

• Franchise experience is preferred.
