Fractional CFO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the financial leader for around 30 client businesses

• Analyze financial statements to uncover areas for enhancement

• Develop forecasts, budgets, cash flow strategies, and KPI dashboards

• Enhance pricing, margins, cash flow, and operational profitability

• Collaborate with owners on strategic growth initiatives and financial responsibility

• Assist businesses in becoming more proactive and financially disciplined

• Foster trusted, long-lasting relationships with business owners

• Provide advisory services to small and mid-sized law firms within a structured portfolio framework

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in finance leadership

• A minimum of 10 years specifically advising or leading finance for small to mid-sized businesses generating approximately $1M–$35M+ in revenue

• Proven experience managing multiple client relationships concurrently in roles such as CFO, Fractional CFO, Outsourced CFO, Virtual CFO, Business Advisor, or similar

• Established history of advising or directly partnering with founders/business owners of small to mid-sized enterprises

• Robust skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning

• Capability to interpret financial data into actionable business recommendations

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional leadership experience

• Candidates must currently reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Experience in service-oriented industries, complete ownership of financial strategy, and aiding organizations in scaling beyond founder dependence is preferred
