FP&A Systems & Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main administrator and subject matter expert for the OneStream platform.

• Oversee the administration, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of the OneStream application, including metadata, workflows, reporting solutions, and system configurations.

• Manage user security, roles, access provisioning, and periodic access reviews in line with internal controls and SOX requirements.

• Maintain and improve dashboards, Cube Views, reporting packages, business rules, and workflow processes.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close, forecasting, and planning cycles within OneStream.

• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and provide system enhancements.

• Lead process automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.

• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and governance procedures.

• Manage finance master data and operational hierarchies.

• Oversee the complete master data change process.

• Set and enforce data governance standards and controls.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

• Design, develop, and sustain automated management reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards.

• Take responsibility for reporting and governance concerning key financial and operational KPI metrics.

• Create standardized executive reporting packages to support company leadership.

• Provide analysis that combines financial and non-financial performance metrics.

• Ensure consistency in reporting across planning, forecasting, actuals, and management reporting.

• Offer ad-hoc FP&A support, including financial analysis, scenario modeling, business case support, leadership requests, and special projects.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A systems, reporting, and planning processes.

• Support internal audit, SOX, and compliance activities related to financial systems and master data controls.

• Advocate for best practices in financial data management and reporting governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, Business Analytics, or Financial Reporting.

• Practical experience administering OneStream or a similar EPM platform.

• Strong comprehension of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in developing management reporting and executive dashboards.

• Ability to handle large data sets and complex reporting environments.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• OneStream certification or advanced experience in OneStream administration is preferred.

• Familiarity with SOX-controlled environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Experience in supporting global organizations and multi-currency reporting environments is preferred.
