FP&A Manager – Specialty Ops Finance FPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with FP&A leaders on a monthly basis and during forecasting and budgeting periods to analyze and communicate the drivers of expense variance for Pharmacy Services against budget, forecast, and previous periods.

• Conduct scenario-based variance analyses and provide timely reports for segment consolidations.

• Develop content for leadership presentation packages during monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.

• Assist with intercompany activities related to Specialty & Mail Dispensing costs.

• Establish and nurture relationships with teams across Enterprise FP&A.

• Offer analytical support for ad hoc requests and projects.

• Facilitate month-end close FP&A activities, which includes conducting monthly variance analyses against the budget and forecast.

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to leaders of business units.

• Aid in forecasting and budgeting cycle activities for designated business units.

• Convert complex financial data into actionable insights and improve financial storytelling for leadership.

• Assist in driving process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including INDEX-MATCH and VLOOKUP.

• Strong PowerPoint skills.

• Capable of executing and delivering on initiatives, including planning and support.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in managing FP&A consolidations across various business units, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent submission of financial data for centralized reporting and analysis.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan.
