FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain financial models for projections, budgeting, and strategic planning.

• Evaluate actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and offering actionable insights.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, emphasizing key variances and business drivers.

• Aid in the development of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Work in conjunction with accounting, delivery, sales, and marketing teams to collect data and ensure the accuracy of reporting.

• Assist in the month-end closing process through financial analysis and variance explanations.

• Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives and business decisions.

• Support the development of financial KPIs to track the company's financial health and performance.

• Engage in special projects, including M&A analysis, market expansion evaluations, and cost optimization efforts.

• Report directly to the CFO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline is mandatory.

• 1-4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or similar finance roles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency.

• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Experience utilizing budgeting and forecasting tools.

• Exceptional communication abilities in both English and Spanish.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, international setting.
