Founding Product & Process Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the content and subject-matter elements throughout the entire recognition and recruitment journey for international nurses.

• Analyze and organize the process steps, including visas, professional recognition, and documentation, transforming them into a coherent process framework.

• Collaborate closely with the technical team to integrate these processes into a digital platform.

• Act as a primary contact for the founders and pilot customers regarding subject-matter, process, and regulatory issues.

• Discover opportunities to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the entire process.

• Monitor and evaluate regulatory developments and changes in legislation.

• Assist in the development and ongoing evolution of the product concept and business model.

• Background in international skilled-worker recruitment, professional recognition processes, relocation, or similar areas.

• Strong grasp of intricate, multi-step processes and the capability to document them in a structured manner.

• Skill in translating operational workflows into scalable systems and product logic.

• Independent and organized working style with a strong sense of ownership.

• Keen interest in the startup landscape and the opportunity to build initiatives from the ground up.

• Exceptional communication skills in German, with proficiency in English being a plus.
