Product Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding, verification, entry, and management of supplier information, including hotel markups, travel advisor commissions, room details, and fees.

• Ensure the precise and prompt entry of product data into UJV’s database.

• Collaborate with sales agents, address supplier-detail inquiries, and rectify booking discrepancies.

• Oversee content updates including general information, itinerary descriptions, and terms and conditions.

• Work alongside suppliers and internal teams to resolve system errors, incorrect bookings, and other operational challenges.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on data and offer solutions to any discrepancies identified.

• Manage special projects assigned by supervisors aimed at enhancing processes and operational efficiency.

• Execute additional tasks as directed by the manager or their designees.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel product setup, travel agency operations, or inventory management.

• Proficient in interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) or CRS/CMS tools is highly desirable.

• High degree of independence.

• Strong multitasking capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to 100% data accuracy.

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• A degree in Tourism, Business, or Technology is an advantage.

• Candidates residing outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement and will be responsible for managing their own social security and taxes in compliance with their home country's regulations.
