📋 Description

• Take ownership of the core platform, which includes the data layer, rewards engine, notifications, API surface, and overall system reliability.

• Integrate perpetual trading engines using Hyperliquid, along with spot trading through Jupiter and Relay.

• Aggregate and harmonize conflicting data providers such as Zerion, CoinGecko, Mobula, Alchemy, and Hyperliquid into a unified source of truth.

• Implement resilient caching solutions and fan-out structures to ensure high-performance data delivery during heavy traffic.

• Design a cross-chain architecture that allows for a seamless single USDC balance experience for users across multiple chains.

• Ensure absolute uptime during periods of peak market volatility, guaranteeing that users can always close their positions.

• Demonstrated history of engineering resilience, successfully maintaining a high-stakes system during significant traffic spikes and proactively planning graceful degradation strategies.

• Extensive background in developing financial rewards and accounting systems that are robust against retries, with a focus on idempotency, replay safety, and accurate lot tracking.

• Profound understanding of end-to-end latency budgets, from the moment a user taps to the rendering on the screen.

• Advanced skills in database optimization, with the ability to directly resolve bottlenecks within PostgreSQL.

• Strong expertise in Rust development.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, remote work environment across North American or European time zones.
