📋 Description

• Provide architectural packages for ongoing projects, which include space planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, envelope assemblies, architectural details, schedules, and coordinated construction documentation.

• Develop a parametric architectural design engine that creates coordinated models and drawings based on project requirements, equipment layouts, site constraints, and building system requirements.

• Automate layout iterations, room and door schedules, drawing production, and checks for equipment clearances, circulation, accessibility, and egress.

• Integrate architectural design with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure layouts and documentation adapt to engineering changes.

• Utilize AI coding agents to transform project decisions into reusable rules, components, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an understanding of building functionality, including space planning, circulation, building envelopes, constructability, and architecture-engineering interfaces.

• Have advanced designs from concept through detailed modeling, construction documentation, fabrication, or construction.

• Think parametrically and identify repeatable rules, project-specific constraints, and decisions that necessitate human judgment.

• Be capable of delivering functional tools with AI coding agents, regardless of a traditional software background.

• Take ownership of design quality, research and implement relevant requirements, verify automated outputs, and address coordination issues.

• Architectural licensure, experience in delivering permitted construction sets, and hands-on experience with BIM, computational design, or digital fabrication are especially valuable.

• No prior experience in data centers or industrial projects is necessary.

• A CS degree or traditional software engineering background is not required.
