Founding Growth Marketer

📋 Description

• Take charge of a growth channel comprehensively or engage across various channels.

• Develop strategy, initiate campaigns, and be accountable for outcomes.

• Produce qualified leads and facilitate demo bookings through paid advertising, SEO, outbound efforts, referrals, and industry collaborations.

• Gain insights into the operations of property managers, their challenges, and their motivations for switching software.

• Conduct swift experiments on hooks, target audiences, sales funnels, and offers.

• Utilize AI for research, content creation, targeting, copywriting, and automation.

• Construct and enhance sales funnels and landing pages from the initial impression to demo booking and ultimately acquiring paid customers.

• Work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging strategies.

• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and contributions to the sales pipeline.

• Clarify performance metrics and identify successful strategies and their reasons.
