This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate and manage your own ABA practice with comprehensive operational assistance from Finni.
• Assist in defining clinical standards, policies, and workflows for the team.
• Provide and oversee ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians both in the field and through virtual platforms.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and generate detailed progress reports.
• Work collaboratively with families to create and implement behavior support strategies.
• Ensure that treatment plans adhere to evidence-based best practices.
• Educate and mentor clinical staff on ABA methodologies and ethical practices.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
• State licensure is required where applicable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA.
• Ideally, possess leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong commitment to clinical integrity, innovation, and family-centered care.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid BCBA license is necessary.
