This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the entire sales process from inbound lead generation and outbound prospecting to qualification, discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closure across small, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
• Create and nurture a robust pipeline for new business opportunities throughout the UK and Europe.
• Identify and engage with merchants that align well with ShipperHQ's offerings.
• Develop and enhance the regional sales strategy, playbook, messaging, and operational processes.
• Transform market insights and customer discussions into actionable growth strategies.
• Cultivate in-market relationships with merchants, agencies, and technology partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and the broader Sales team.
• Ensure precise pipeline management and forecasting.
• Meet revenue targets while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Relay market feedback and commercial insights to the larger ShipperHQ team.
• Utilize HubSpot as the primary CRM tool for accuracy.
• Represent ShipperHQ at industry and merchant events in the UK and Europe.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated quota-carrying experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions within the e-commerce or logistics sectors.
• Proven success in generating pipeline, managing opportunities, and closing new business deals.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through to closure.
• Familiarity with utilizing social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to identify emerging, scaling, and enterprise brands and convert those into real opportunities.
• High emotional and intellectual quotient.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously with accountability.
• Builder mindset with the capability to create structure, evaluate methods, and develop repeatable processes from successful approaches.
• Strong skills in discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience selling in the UK and European markets.
• Ability to collaborate and report to a US sales team located in Austin, Texas.
• Willingness to travel within the UK/Europe and to the US as required.
• Fluency in German or French is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Legal authorization to live and work in the United Kingdom; proof of eligibility will be required before the start of employment.
