Founders Associate – Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Co-Founder and CEO Sebastian

• Engage in highly strategic initiatives and behind-the-scenes projects

• Build relationships with clients and investors

• Present pitches at events

• Experiment with personal ideas and learn from any missteps

• Assume ownership and responsibility for tasks

• Assist the company during a critical startup phase

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial practical experience, such as in a startup, strategy consulting, or personal projects

• Academic background in business or a related field, preferably in senior Bachelor or early Master semesters

• Proficiency in creating pitch decks

• Experience in conducting research

• Skills in data analysis

• A pragmatic, curious, friendly, well-organized, and outgoing personality

• A strong level of autonomy and attention to detail is preferred

• Fluency in English is essential

• Proficiency in German is advantageous

• Knowledge of French is a bonus

• An internship may be a requirement as part of studies; applicants should indicate this in their application
