Founder’s Associate – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founders and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team on high-priority GTM initiatives from conception to implementation.

• Take ownership of specific campaigns and creative projects from start to finish, which includes defining the scope, creating assets, and managing distribution.

• Activate and expand Weflow's current community, podcast audience, and thought leadership platform to serve as channels for campaign distribution.

• Recognize and capitalize on distribution opportunities, such as partnerships, communities, events, media, and co-marketing strategies.

• Establish repeatable systems and playbooks to ensure that successful initiatives can scale effectively.

• Collaborate across brand, marketing, and go-to-market topics and campaigns, including events, product marketing, outbound strategies, and social media, to enhance the sales pipeline.

• Work closely with Janis, the CEO and Co-Founder, along with the GTM team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong academic background in economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup, venture capital, consulting, or a position where you took on multiple roles and delivered results independently.

• Excellent written communication skills - you express yourself clearly, concisely, and with a unique voice.

• High level of curiosity and well-formed opinions regarding effective B2B marketing.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.

• Capability to work independently and take initiative proactively.

• Strong interest in brand development, go-to-market strategies, and the connection between product and market approaches.

• Experience in building or engaging with an audience, community, or media property is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in English.

• Background in B2B SaaS marketing (including content, paid media, events, social media, or GTM engineering) is a bonus, though not mandatory.
