Founder's Associate – Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the CEO on key growth initiatives.

• Develop new projects from the ground up, including product experiments and growth strategies.

• Shift between strategic planning and hands-on implementation across diverse functional challenges.

• Assist in hiring and organizational design efforts.

• Conduct research on markets, sectors, and customer demographics.

• Create business cases and go-to-market strategies.

• Recognize growth opportunities and convert them into actionable plans.

• Prepare for and engage in crucial meetings with design partners.

• Handle analyses that support leadership decisions.

• Conduct outreach calls and assist in business development initiatives.

• Develop tools, automations, and processes to enhance team productivity.

• Support the establishment of GenPeach's go-to-market organization.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in a reputable startup, consulting, or venture capital.

• Proven track record of building projects from the ground up.

• Strategic mindset paired with practical execution skills.

• Strong sense of ownership and capability to work autonomously.

• Ability to transition between strategic planning and operational tasks.

• Legal authorization to work within the EU or Switzerland (EU/CH).
