Founder's Associate – Automation & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and manage automation workflows utilizing n8n, alongside Zapier and Retool, for Operations, Sales, Design, and Development teams.

• Create internal dashboards for enhanced visibility.

• Streamline repetitive tasks through automation.

• Perform data analysis and reporting using Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and various AI tools and their APIs.

• Extract and unify data from platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other SaaS applications.

• Collaborate closely with the founders on key automation initiatives.

• Provide support to other teams in process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with n8n, including personal projects, internships, freelance work, and academic endeavors.

• Proven ability to analyze, structure, and redesign processes—from initial business objectives to final solutions.

• Familiarity with additional automation tools such as Zapier is advantageous.

• Interest in working with AI tools and their APIs (e.g., Claude API, OpenAI API).

• Knowledge of Claude Code or similar developer tools is beneficial.

• Basic experience with SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Shopify is a plus.

• A structured, self-motivated work style, with a solid understanding of business processes.

• Experience with Retool is considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in German and/or English.

• Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate, preferably in business, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Available for full-time work for a minimum of three months.
