Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate projects led by the CEO, encompassing AI implementation and team development.

• Assist with sales initiatives for the AI Factories.

• Conduct research on potential customers.

• Develop presentations and proposals.

• Prepare for and participate in meetings.

• Take charge of your designated responsibilities from the outset.

• Contribute to team development, AI integration, and sales efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, business informatics, or a similar discipline.

• Exceptional communication skills in German.

• Proficient in English.

• Organized, efficient, and self-motivated work approach.

• Passion for AI, technology, and sales, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Preferred: initial hands-on experience in a startup, consulting, tech sales, or project management.

• Preferred: experience in pitching and delivering presentations.

• Preferred: familiarity with data centers and infrastructure.
