Forward Deployed Engineer – Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Assume complete responsibility for the comprehensive execution of significant projects for strategic partners.

• Engage actively to provide impactful solutions.

• Collaborate daily with both the engineering and executive teams of customers.

• Provide guidance to clients on the optimal utilization of ElevenLabs technologies.

• Employ coding and technical expertise to address intricate customer challenges.

• Create customized solutions and develop full-scale integrations.

• Conceptualize technical architectures and product features.

• Assist clients in achieving their objectives and maximizing the potential of ElevenLabs’ AI technologies.

• Experience interacting with customers, including through student organizations or personal projects.

• Enthusiasm for working closely with clients in a technical role.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Solid knowledge of software development principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of software development practices.

• In-depth knowledge of software architecture.

• Experience in API integration.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to distill complex technical information.

• Ability to employ logic to identify optimal solutions.

• Fluency in both English and German.

• Profound understanding of regional and cultural sensitivities.
