Forward Deployed Engineer, Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Gather customer requirements and convert them into actionable implementation strategies.

• Develop and deploy fonio setups in a production environment, encompassing workflows, logic, prompts, and safety measures.

• Establish integrations with external systems such as APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendars, and ticketing platforms.

• Create smaller features and connecting code to seamlessly align with customer use cases.

• Troubleshoot calls, workflows, edge cases, and production challenges.

• Design reusable templates and deployment playbooks to enhance scalability of setups.

• Provide prioritized and concrete product feedback regarding pain points and feature deficiencies.

• Work directly at the intersection of product development and customer setups for the Italian market.

• Collaborate intensively with Product/Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to ensure deployments are swift, reliable, and repeatable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient coding skills with the capacity to implement solutions independently.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI systems and LLMs, including prompting, tool usage, RAG, and failure modes.

• Ability to convert complex processes into effective, testable workflows.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and standard integration methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud fundamentals, including deployments, observability, and production debugging.

• Pragmatic approach to work: deliver quickly, ensure stability, and iterate.

• Proficiency in Italian at a native or near-native level.

• Strong command of English.

• Bonus: Experience with Voice/Telephony, n8n, TypeScript/Python, SQL, monitoring/tracing, and GDPR compliance.
