Forward Deployed Engineer – French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Gather customer needs and convert them into detailed implementation strategies.

• Develop and deploy fonio configurations in production, encompassing workflows, logic, prompts, and guardrails.

• Execute integrations with external systems, including APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, and ticketing solutions.

• Create smaller features and connecting code to effectively address customer scenarios.

• Troubleshoot calls, flows, edge cases, and production challenges; provide rapid solutions.

• Design reusable templates and deployment playbooks to enhance scalability of setups.

• Offer prioritized, actionable product feedback regarding pain points and feature deficiencies.

• Engage directly at the convergence of product and customer configurations for the French market.

• Collaborate closely with Product/Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to ensure swift, stable, and repeatable deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient coding abilities with a capacity to implement independently.

• Strong comprehension of AI systems and LLMs, including prompting, tool usage, RAG, and failure modes.

• Capability to convert intricate processes into reliable, testable workflows.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and prevalent integration patterns.

• Knowledge of cloud fundamentals, including deployments, observability, and production troubleshooting.

• Pragmatic approach: deliver quickly, ensure stability, and iterate.

• Proficiency in French at a native or near-native level.

• Strong command of English.

• Bonus: Experience with Voice/Telephony, n8n, TypeScript/Python, SQL, monitoring/tracing, GDPR.
