Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop integrations between the platform and client systems, which include ERPs, WMS, TMS, and data warehouses.

• Collaborate with clients in their environments to comprehend operational workflows and data challenges.

• Design, implement, and refine AI workflows utilizing agentic flows, prompt engineering, context design, and output assessment.

• Take responsibility for the reliability, performance, monitoring, failure-mode identification, and ongoing enhancement of live deployments.

• Convert field insights into product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks.

• Partner directly with clients and the Implementation team to carry out technical platform deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of practical engineering experience.

• Proficient in Python, REST APIs, and SQL.

• A portfolio showcasing completed integrations or systems.

• Capacity to operate in ambiguous client settings without complete specifications.

• Comprehensive understanding of data flows, data quality, and reliability for AI applications.

• Familiarity with AI and LLMs, including prompt design and output assessment.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to operations leaders and engineers.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Located in LATAM or the US.

• Willingness to work across time zones and travel to client locations as necessary.

• Preferred: background in supply chain, logistics, or operations.

• Preferred: experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, ERPs, or WMS platforms.

• Preferred: previous experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
