Forward Deployed Engineer, AI – Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the dedicated AI acceleration team to facilitate client-facing engagements powered by Agentforce.

• Collaborate with organizations assessing Agentforce in comparison to other AI frameworks through competitive evaluations.

• Quickly develop functional proof-of-value prototypes.

• Design innovative demonstrations showcasing the potential of agentic solutions.

• Lead and manage technical design, ongoing optimization, and direct interactions with customers.

• Swiftly create agentic solutions within client environments, incorporating subagents, deterministic guardrails, dynamic actions, and foundational data models.

• Conduct regular technical client meetings and integrate real-time feedback.

• Link technical delivery to business metrics such as deflection rates, handling time, operational costs, and user sentiment.

• Identify obstacles in delivery, integration challenges, architectural constraints, and misalignments among stakeholders.

• Execute real-time troubleshooting and optimization of dialogue flows, execution errors, and system logic problems.

• Provide live interactive demonstrations of sophisticated Agentforce solutions.

• Transform client implementation insights into reusable solution accelerators, demonstration resources, and internal knowledge bases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in executing technical solutions, consulting, or solution engineering in client-facing settings.

• Direct involvement with key stakeholders during pivotal decision-making moments.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Agentforce, Service Cloud, or similar agentic AI architectures.

• Current Salesforce certifications, including Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, or System Administrator qualifications.

• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and real-time troubleshooting.

• Capability to analyze Flows, Apex, or agent execution traces.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architectural principles, encompassing integration patterns, data models, and platform boundaries.

• Ability to convey complex technical trade-offs in terms of executive-level business impact.

• Dedication to utilizing modern AI tools, including platforms like Claude.

• Comfort in operating within fast-paced, evolving environments with tight deadlines.
