📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the client's operational team to pinpoint workflows that are impacting time, quality, or costs.

• Take full ownership of the workflow redesign process, encompassing decision flows, AI handoffs, and production deployment.

• Convert cross-functional business challenges into actionable technical strategies.

• Quickly prototype solutions and develop the necessary production components for the revamped workflow.

• Construct agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or bespoke data pipelines as dictated by the workflow requirements.

• Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the client's organization and proactively address any obstacles.

• Work alongside the client's team to clarify design choices and empower them to manage and enhance the system.

• Implement telemetry, evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop reviews to foster continuous feedback and improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in transitioning AI systems from prototype to production in a genuine operating environment, rather than solely in a lab or sandbox setting.

• Strong, up-to-date hands-on expertise with LLM/RAG architectures, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.

• Proficiency in mapping partially undocumented decision logic and discerning where automation should conclude and human accountability should commence.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to provide direct advice to clients and escalate issues independently.

• Experience in the BFSI sector is essential.

• Proven track record in delivering solutions for Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.

• Familiarity with BFSI business processes and operational challenges.

• Experience in implementing technology solutions specifically designed for the BFSI sector.
