Foreclosure Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Draft, prepare, and manage assignments, motions, affidavits, and a variety of other legal documents.

• Ensure prompt, courteous, and comprehensive responses to a substantial volume of email correspondence.

• Cultivate and sustain friendly relationships with business partners and clients.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients at every level of interaction.

• Assist attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Prepare and submit status updates ahead of scheduled hearings.

• Provide regular and timely updates on client statuses.

• Consistently follow up on pending documents and/or services.

• Review outdated Notices of Default and communicate with clients to confirm receipt of the most current figures.

• Track executed client declarations.

• File client declarations with the court.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape, and others is preferred.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys, other internal staff, and external parties.

• Must be capable of collaborating with others in a friendly and team-oriented manner.

• Exceptional organizational skills are required.

• Ability to multitask and adjust to ongoing changes.

• Strong attention to detail is imperative.

• High-level proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential.

• Skills in internet research activities are necessary.

• A solid understanding of the legal process related to foreclosure is preferred.

• Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk typing, using, and viewing a computer.
