Foreclosure Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including assignments, motions, and affidavits.

• Respond promptly and courteously to a high volume of email correspondence.

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with business associates and clients.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients at all levels of interaction.

• Assist attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Prepare and submit status updates prior to scheduled hearings.

• Provide clients with regular and timely updates on their status.

• Consistently follow up on pending documents and services.

• Review expired Notices of Default and liaise with clients to ensure receipt of updated figures.

• Oversee executed client declarations.

• File client declarations with the court.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in handling foreclosure matters in North Carolina.

• Familiarity with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape, and similar platforms is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

• Ability to engage courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys, internal staff, and external parties.

• Capacity to collaborate with others in a friendly and team-oriented environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Proficiency in multitasking and adapting to ongoing changes.

• Keen attention to detail.

• High-level proficiency in the MS Office suite.

• Competence in conducting internet research.

• A solid understanding of the legal processes related to foreclosure is preferred.

• Capability to sit at a desk for extended periods while typing, using, and looking at a computer.
