FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Techno-Functional Consultant for the implementation and enhancement of Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions.

• Comprehend business needs and convert them into functional and technical solutions within FLEXCUBE.

• Configure, customize, and enhance FLEXCUBE modules in alignment with business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional teams, developers, and banking stakeholders.

• Evaluate existing FLEXCUBE functionalities, identify deficiencies, and offer suitable solutions.

• Develop and tailor FLEXCUBE components, interfaces, services, and extensions.

• Engage with Oracle FLEXCUBE APIs, web services, database objects, and various integrations.

• Conduct impact assessments for product, parameter, and configuration modifications.

• Facilitate integration with external systems including payments, AML, customer channels, accounting, and reporting systems.

• Take part in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect analysis, and production deployment.

• Resolve production issues and execute root-cause analysis.

• Generate functional specifications, technical specifications, mapping documents, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.

• Assist in release activities, deployments, and stabilization after production launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE development, implementation, or support.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking.

• Solid understanding of various FLEXCUBE modules: Customer Information; CASA / Deposits; Loans & Lending; Payments; Trade Finance; General Ledger / Accounting; Limits and Collateral.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL.

• Proficient in FLEXCUBE APIs, interfaces, web services, and system integrations.

• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration concepts.

• Experience with the customization, configuration, debugging, and resolution of FLEXCUBE issues.

• Good grasp of Core Banking business processes and banking products.

• Background in SIT, UAT, production support, and release management.
