Electronic Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gain an understanding of the practices and protocols associated with a Field Service Technician.

• Utilize diagnostic instruments to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Conduct repairs on hardware at the component level.

• Clean and adjust mechanical parts as necessary.

• Set up and install relevant software applications.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

• Restock consumables in accordance with provided guidelines.

• Execute the installation, movement, addition, modification, and removal of hardware and software products (IMAC/R).

• Educate and train customers on the operation and usage of installed hardware and software.

• Engage in ongoing training for hardware and software updates.

• Contribute to the implementation of strategies to meet established KPIs.

• Support special projects as needed.

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.

• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs.

• Evaluate products, resolve issues, or escalate requests to higher support tiers.

• Organize service appointments, complete necessary documentation, and interact with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education (mandatory) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a similar discipline.

• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician is essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets DN fleet standards.

• Active CFT registration (mandatory), along with a current CFT Professional Identity Card.

• Must reside in Barreiras, Bahia.
