Financial Wellness Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Aid in the development and presentation of recommendations and action plans for financial wellness programs that align with client goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint resources, educational topics, and engagement strategies.

• Conduct exploratory meetings with client stakeholders to gain insights into organizational objectives, company culture, financial benefits, and participant needs.

• Collect information necessary to support customized financial wellness strategies and client action plans.

• Oversee program launch activities and assist in the implementation of financial wellness initiatives.

• Facilitate program rollouts and incorporate resources into clients' benefits and communication strategies.

• Act as the primary contact for designated clients.

• Maintain consistent communication and perform regular program reviews.

• Analyze program activities and metrics related to participant engagement.

• Suggest modifications to enhance program effectiveness and participant involvement.

• Inform clients about financial wellness resources, services, and best practices.

• Collaborate with Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams.

• Address complex client situations and contribute to team initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Seven years of relevant industry experience, focusing on retirement plans and relationship management.

• Experience in strategic planning, program development, and client engagement within the financial services sector, particularly in financial wellness.

• Strong comprehension of holistic financial wellness concepts and the ability to convert them into actionable, client-specific strategies.

• Capability to identify growth and improvement opportunities within holistic financial wellness.

• Exceptional client service focus.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
